Once your order leaves us, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You may view the status through your Salon 1682 account or directly via the carrier’s website.
Please allow up to seven business days for order processing. During peak moments (or the occasional pause for refinement), we ask for a little more patience. Delays may arise due to payment authorization, availability, or customs, and we’ll be sure to keep you informed.
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express, with delivery estimated between 4–6 business days. Complimentary shipping is available depending on destination and spend.
At checkout, you may have the option to pre-pay duties and taxes. If not pre-paid — whether by your choice or due to your country’s regulations — you will be responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes directly to the relevant authorities. Please note that pre-calculated duties and taxes are estimates and may differ from final charges.
Should duties go unpaid and liabilities fall to us or our partners, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount from any potential refund or credit. We trust this won’t be necessary.
Some items may ship later due to their nature. This includes:
– Made-to-order pieces (you’ll find timelines on the product page).
– Items with extended delivery estimates (clearly stated on the page and in your order confirmation).
If tracking says your order was delivered but you see nothing at your door, please give it 48 hours. If it still hasn’t appeared, contact our Client Services — we’ll handle the mystery.
